Create a collaborative video with one of the Trevor Project’s partners featuring the history of LGBTQIA+ fashion

Complementing the Trevor Project’s fashion history short film with illustrations showcasing fashion throughout the eras
PROJECT GOALS:
Design a style of illustrating that can be sampled and replicated by team Motion Graphic Editors
Research, reflect, and synthesize fashion trends for the given eras
Be able to create a compelling visual motion graphic that can supplement the use of paying for licensed photography
Self-initiated design sample referencing Jean Paul Gaultier’s spring 1998 styling using aesthetic inspired by the art of Antonio Lopez

Completing Intial Motion Graphic Sample (Wacom tablet Illustration in Illustrator + After Effects)
Illustrating graphics in proper Illustrator formatting for handoff to Video editor (Vivian Zingleman) for final animating
Working under the direction of the Creative Director (Nathanio Strimpopulos) and Head of Content (Megan Stowe)
